The pre-approval process is very important to beginning your home buying journey. This actually allows us to assess your needs and develop a strategy for requesting any concessions from sellers. This also helps maximize our time with homes in your budget and prevent you from settling on a less expensive home because you feel you might not be able to afford more. We want to help you find what is best for you and the pre-approval helps us determine the plan and strategy to get you there. 

Sellers will also require a pre-approval letter to even consider an offer that is submitted. The process usually takes 1-3 days and could be the difference between getting an offer accepted on the house you love or losing it while were waiting for for the pre-approval. To avoid any set-backs, we recommend starting with the pre-approval up-front.
